Copper Ridge

Copper Ridge is a 24-hour gated, guarded community of custom homes in the Texas Hill Country northwest of New Braunfels, established in 2012. Homes sit on large lots and generally range from about 2,700 to more than 5,000 square feet in stone-and-stucco Hill Country and transitional styles, and buyers can also purchase a homesite and bring their own builder, subject to architectural review.

Residents enjoy resort-style amenities including a lap-and-play pool, tennis and basketball courts, an events pavilion with an outdoor fireplace, and a private park and playground. Set off Highway 46 near Canyon Lake, Copper Ridge sits roughly 30 minutes from San Antonio and about an hour from Austin, with homes zoned to Comal ISD’s Bill Brown Elementary, Smithson Valley Middle, and Smithson Valley High schools.
